Gorgeous and stylish hotel, I loved unique breakfast!
The classic double room was high quality, had a balcony, coffee, and a minibar. Its location was favourable, in the restaurant best.

The hotel was fairly clean and incredible, had excellent views of the bay and the three bridges. I was there for 1 night and ate at attached restaurant with quality food. The location was central, brilliant close to the centre of Edinburgh.

Breakfast was savoury and unique, loved the position.
Sincerely, it was a very nice stay for a friends wedding at the hotel. Our room was comfortable modern and high standard with such a lovely view, delicious breakfast, for instance. The food at the attached restaurant was excellent.

Modern and stylish place to stay with very flexible employees despite the best efforts of staff. This location was beautiful and favourable, not far from the Edinburgh airport, the restaurant which again had the perfect setting and the Firth of forth.
The bed in my room was too hard.

The location was stunning - ease of access to Harbour Lane Gallery. The breakfasts were savoury and unique with the amazing view, bacon, toast, couldn’t ask for anything better.

Well-appointed and lovely modern unit with a contemporary decor. All in all amazing and lovely location, near to cruise ship, such a well respected restaurant and Forth bridge. Plus, walking distance to Harbour Lane Gallery.

Both rooms we booked were PERFECT little and tastefully decorated with balcony and the bonus of a balcony overlooking the water and nice view. The location was favourable, close to the centre of Edinburgh and the interior design was nice.
Views appeared to be not ideal.

We ate at an amazing restaurant with a great view. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the amenities included a kettle, a hair dryer, and a sofa. The location was stunning - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

I have just returned from a perfect stay in this trendy boutique hotel, well-appointed and great modern rooms. The staff are amazing friendly, everyone. In addition to savoury breakfast, the superb service is offered. Location is amazing and fab, in Public Car park. The bets part that it's not far from another restaurant and Edingborough centre and the pub down the street.

Superb stay, helpful service.
Absolutely perfect and immaculate room available with the view of the bridges. Breakfast with sausage.

First-rate service, I truly enjoyed superb food.
The hotel was a nice comfy base for enjoying a pretty nice area, near to the restaurant on one occasion which was lovely, the pub down the street and the center of town. The room was good sized and compact, with an absolutely fabulous view of a wall rather than the sea or the town. Super central location was a plus. I ate at the attached restaurant near the venue.
